Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
200g Maltese sausage
Half a cup mini pepperoni
450g tomato sauce
½ teaspoon dried mint
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon oregano
240g wholemeal pasta
Black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Method
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
Put the vegetable oil in a pan and heat. Add the Maltese sausage and cook for about 4 minutes until browned.
Add the pepperoni and heat for about 1 minute.
Add and stir the mint, basil, oregano and black pepper with the mixture.
Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
