About the Role: As an HR Executive, you will take charge of key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and professional development, calculating of monthly salaries, IRD, Identita’ and Jobsplus documentation while promoting a supportive organizational culture.

Your Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
· Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations
· Address employee relations to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere
· Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits management
· Plan and execute training and professional development programs
· Provide strategic HR advice to leadership
· Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies
What You Bring:
· Proven experience in an HR Executive role or similar position
· In-depth knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and best practices
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
· Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
· Fluency in English & Maltese
· Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
· Preferably, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
